OWL CITY’S ‘GOOD TIME’ ANTHEM CERTIFIED GOLD IN THE U.S.

While U.S. athletes continue to rack up gold medals in London, U.S. pop act Owl City’s summer anthem “Good Time” featuring Carly Rae Jepsen just racked up gold status in the U.S. after selling over 1 million copies in America alone. The gold medal-worthy duet is the first single of the forthcoming Owl City album The Midsummer Station which will be available August 21. Look for the duo to team for a torrent of television performances, starting August 22 on America’s Got Talent, followed by The Today Show the next day, the Tonight Show with Jay Leno on the 28th and Conan on the 29th. Finally, Owl City’s next round of U.S. concert dates begins September 5 in Nashville.
