Scout is a 3 year old Dachshund mix. He is rated for a somewhat active home and a family that has children ages 5 and older. Scout and 15 other dogs are going to be in Camp Love-A-Pet and will learn basic manners and tricks while he helps a child learn more about animal care and responsibility. He is available for an adoption hold at Haven Humane Society, and will be able to go home with you on June 23rd. All feline and canine adoptions at the shelter include spaying or neutering, a microchip, and vaccinations.
